Leaves are rolled and dried to resemble grains of gunpowder.
A honeyed and slightly smoky flavour.
Use 1 rounded teaspoon per person plus 1 for the pot. Boil fresh water, leave to cool for five minutes then pour over the tea. Allow to brew for 3 to 4 minutes for the perfect flavour. This tea may be re-brewed 2 or 3 times.
