How do I place a wholesale order?
Wholesale orders can be placed by emailing contact@primo-coffee.co.uk or by phone on 07552 648448. We’ll confirm your order and issue an invoice for payment.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We don’t enforce strict minimums. Most trade partners order in full‑case quantities for efficiency, usually weekly or every two weeks.
Can I repeat a previous order?
Yes. Provide your previous order reference or invoice number and we’ll replicate it. You can also request adjustments if needed.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically roasted and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Larger or bespoke orders may require additional time. We usually get accustomed to your routine ordering.
Which courier do you use?
We use APC Overnight with full tracking, and we deliver locally ourselves. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships.
Can I collect my order?
Trade collections can be arranged by appointment.

How do I pay for my order?
You’ll receive an invoice once your order is confirmed. Payment terms are clearly stated on the invoice.
Do you offer credit terms?
