  • Finca Monte Azul coffee comes from Mexico’s celebrated high-altitude regions of Chiapas and Veracruz, where rich volcanic soil and mountain climates produce exceptional Arabica beans. Grown on family-run farms like Don Pepe’s — active since 1992 — the coffee is shade-grown, hand-picked at 1,600–1,800 meters, and traditionally washed, with a 72-hour fermentation and sun-drying process that amplifies body and complexity.
