Coagrobrisas is a coffee growers’ cooperative based in La Plata, Huila, Colombia, dedicated to supporting smallholder producers through technical assistance, training, collective cupping, and group purchasing. These services allow farmers to sell their coffee collectively and secure better prices, strengthening both economic stability and cup quality.

Coagrobrisas’ dedicated women’s program is built to empower female coffee growers, strengthening their leadership within the value chain while providing the training and technical support needed to improve both quality and income. By creating a structure where women can develop their skills, access resources, and sell their coffee collectively, the program opens pathways to greater recognition and economic stability in a sector that has traditionally limited their visibility.
