Cupping Notes: Sweet with tart acidity and smooth dark chocolate, caramel, lemon, cherry and a candied nut aftertaste.

Process: Shade‑grown, hand‑picked, washed, sun‑dried on raised beds

Tasting Notes: Chocolate and butterscotch with soft toasted‑nut hints and a smooth, velvety finish.

While we’ve had to retire these offerings for now — whether due to seasonal availability, crop conditions, or limited release — we remain hopeful. With time, care and a bit of luck, this year’s harvest may bring them back.
